January Art Challenge (2026)

Welcome to 2026's January Art Challenge!

As usual, this will be a raffle with multiple winners.

Art Challenges end at 8AM CST on the last day of the month. This allows us to prepare the winners, compilations, and open the next prompts on the same day so that they can always be posted promptly.

Let's warm up this winter and bring the energy we want to see in this new year!

For this Art Challenge, you'll need a 30-minute timer. Your task is to draw a Faunid as silly and loose as you'd like, while making as much progress as you can within that time. If you need to step away, pause the timer and come back to it. No matter how unfinished it looks, stop at that 30-minute mark! 

Due to the nature of this challenge, there are no color, clean-line, or amount of the body requirements. However, use this as a chance to get outside your comfort zone. Try not to spend time correcting mistakes. Draw over them, play with them, and see what you can do.

This does NOT have to be your Faunid. You can also ask someone directly if you can use their Faun. Please include the owner's name in your submission.

Your submissions may be traditional or digital art. 

Keep submissions PG-13 as always!

You may post your submissions here or via the Discord. DO NOT use any external links for your image submission. They will be rejected for resubmission if they aren't hosted directly on the gallery.
