Moderator

General Responsibilities:
- Chat Moderation
- Professional Conduct with the Conflict Resolution (Mod) Team
- Knowledge of and ability to reference Species/Discord rules
- Knowledge of and ability to support users with event and trait-related questions
- 1x1 chats with users to address minor rulebreaks or conflicts as directed by Admin
- Ensure all communication with users regarding conflicts/rulebreaks is shared with the Mod team
- Support with Community Newsletters
- Professional Conduct with respect to the privacy of information shared/decisions made in Staff-related channels

2. Editorial moderation, incl. proofreading for staff announcements, the user handbook, and lore developments.
Official Artist

Responsibilities:
- Commitment to schedules as determined by Admin, such as weekly due dates for Events
- Notifying Admin with as much advance as possible if schedule cannot be met
- Participation in designing for events such as Fawning and Corruption
- Creation of Adopts and Custom Faunids under guidance of Admin and the rest of the Artist Team
- Check-ins with Artist Team at stages in the design process to confirm traits, including a willingness to edit lineart or design elements
- Professional Conduct with respect to the privacy of information shared/decisions made in Staff-related channels
- Participation in the Submission Approval process for designs created by the artist

Supplemental / Guest Artist
Responsibilities:
- Under Admin and Official Artist guidance, may create supplemental art for the website, be invited to create adopts for gachas, auctions, raffles, following similar check-in and notifying responsibilities
- Supplemental Artists are paid for assets they are asked to make, with the amount being discussed between Admin and the artist prior.
- Guest Artists are entitled to the full amount of what their adopt sells for, including auctions. There is no "cut" taken by the Faunids team.
